Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use
• Download and use the mobile application on devices you own or control
• Access training programs, exercise videos, and other content we provide

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payments

Subscription terms:

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe
• You must cancel before the renewal date to avoid charges

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Important health information:

• Consult your physician before starting any exercise program
• The Service provides general training information, not medical advice
• Exercise at your own risk and listen to your body
• Stop immediately if you experience pain or discomfort
• We are not responsible for injuries resulting from use of the Service

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rugby Prep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rugby Prep, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms
